Albert Piñol, CEO of Àuria Perfumes, has had the pleasure of being interviewed by NewsFragancias, a magazine specialising in the perfume and cosmetics sector. Albert explained the qualitative leap that Àuria Perfumes has made, by reinforcing its team in order to become a company dedicated to the creation and global design of perfume and cosmetic lines. Also, he underlined the company’s most distinctive aspect, which is the fact that it is based on a social economy model, committed to the inclusion of workers with intellectual disabilities, who are perfectly qualified to perform quality work in such a delicate activity as the production of perfumes and cosmetics.
Interview with Albert Piñol, CEO of Àuria Perfumes
“At Àuria Perfumes we have experience in manufacturing perfumes for clients worldwide. What we want to do now with the new full service business model is to design perfumes with the help of a first-class creative team to attract big brands and provide all sorts of services from the creation and design of the perfume to its production, packaging and preparation, in which we already have a broad experience.”
“Based on our clients’ needs and brand values, we create tailor-made perfume collections, providing every service from the composition of the fragrance to the design and packaging of the product and, of course, the additional services in which we have more than 14 years of experience, such as the manufacturing, packaging, labelling, preparation and final handling of the product. We also meet the Regulatory affairs’ requirements for the launch of such products on the market.
“At Àuria Perfumes we focus on people’s skills, training and professionalism. This way, we offer new job opportunities that guarantee the complete social inclusion of people with disabilities. We know that there is still a long way to go and that’s why we also want other companies to commit themselves to achieving a fairer and more equal society. Our project is not about maximising economic benefits. It is about maximising social benefits. Àuria Perfumes is a clear example of how corporate social responsibility (CSR), along with a commitment to creating wealth, can actually benefit our society“.
